About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of all equipment, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler, as well as preparing products. This role includes receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and completing associated paperwork. The General Manager will also be responsible for cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. The position requires strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills to effectively take and process orders, as well as the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly. The role involves delivering products by car to customers' doors and distributing flyers and door hangers. Navigational skills are essential for reading maps and locating addresses within the designated delivery area, and the ability to navigate adverse terrain while carrying products is necessary. Additionally, the General Manager must lead by example and coach/train new employees.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities
