About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of all equipment, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler. The role includes preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and completing associated paperwork. Daily cleaning of equipment and the facility is also required. The position demands strong mathematical skills for accurate monetary transactions and effective verbal, writing, and telephone skills for processing orders. The General Manager must demonstrate motor coordination for precise movements and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and co-workers, both over the phone and in person. Additionally, the role involves delivering products by car to customers' doors and distributing flyers and door hangers. Navigational skills are necessary to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, as well as the ability to navigate adverse terrain while carrying products. Leadership skills are crucial for coaching and training new employees.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
