The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of all equipment, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler, as well as preparing products. This role includes receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and completing associated paperwork. The General Manager will also be responsible for cleaning equipment and the facility on a daily basis. The position requires strong mathematical skills for accurate monetary transactions and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers both verbally and in writing.
