Maintaining high standards of service is essential, and you will be expected to review SUTUS reports daily to minimize call wait times and ensure customer satisfaction. The General Manager will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety in the restaurant, ensuring that load times and wait times are kept to a minimum. You will need to hire exceptional team members who radiate friendliness and maintain a positive atmosphere in the store. Regular participation in GM meetings and reporting any incidents to the Director of Operations is also part of the role.
