About The Position
Team Wow is looking for a General Manager to join our growing team at Domino's. As our market share continues to expand, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and high-quality food, and we recognize that this is only possible with a dedicated and diligent team. The General Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, while also fostering a positive work environment for all team members. This position requires a hands-on approach, as the General Manager will be expected to engage with staff, provide training, and lead by example. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to please customers and a passion for teamwork. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that all company standards are met. You will need to login to RapidHire daily to ensure we are hiring the best people possible and review feedback from the Director of Operations and District Manager. Additionally, you will drive with one delivery driver each week to provide feedback on efficiency and tips for improvement. Maintaining high standards of service is essential, and you will be expected to review SUTUS reports daily to minimize call wait times and ensure customer satisfaction. The General Manager will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety in the restaurant, ensuring that load times and wait times are kept to a minimum. You will need to hire exceptional team members who radiate friendliness and maintain a positive atmosphere in the store. Regular participation in GM meetings and reporting any incidents to the Director of Operations is also part of the role.
