About The Position

The position involves leading a team of delivery drivers and customer service representatives (CSRs) to ensure that orders are expedited quickly and accurately. Responsibilities include managing end-of-night bank deposits, conducting nightly product inventory counts, and ensuring the store is properly set up for opening. The role requires fostering a sense of urgency with each order and ensuring compliance with Domino's Operation Evaluation Review standards. The manager will oversee total store operations and communicate with other managers and staff regarding any business operations that may be impacted. Additionally, the manager will calculate product and ingredient needs for bi-weekly deliveries, train the General Manager in Training (GMIT) on all aspects of store operations, and maintain appropriate staffing levels based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in a leadership role within a retail or food service environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage and resolve customer disputes effectively.
  • Familiarity with P&L ledgers and inventory management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.

  • Previous experience in a Domino's or similar fast-food environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery vehicles pass inspection.
  • Assist with routing delivery drivers to maximize service.
  • Read and understand P&L ledgers.
  • Uphold Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance.
  • Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
  • Receive cross-training for various store operations.
  • Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
