About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Domino's franchise, ensuring efficient service delivery, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the facility. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer orders both in person and over the phone, as well as the physical capability to deliver products to customers.

Requirements

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
  • Strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills for processing orders.
  • Motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Comprehension skills to follow and give correct written instructions.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

  • Operate all equipment used in the store.
  • Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas.
  • Prepare products according to company standards.
  • Receive and process telephone orders from customers.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork accurately.
  • Clean equipment and the facility on a daily basis.
  • Make correct monetary change for customer transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to process orders.
  • Deliver products to customers' doors and distribute promotional materials.
  • Navigate delivery routes and adverse terrain while carrying products.
