About The Position

The General Manager (GM) will lead a team of delivery drivers and customer service representatives (CSRs) to ensure that orders are expedited quickly and correctly. Responsibilities include managing end-of-night bank deposits, conducting nightly product inventory counts, and ensuring the store is properly set up for opening. The GM will foster a sense of urgency with each order and ensure that the store operates according to Domino’s Operation Evaluation Review standards. The role involves overseeing total store operations, communicating with other managers and staff about business operations, and calculating product and ingredient needs for bi-weekly deliveries. The GM will also actively train the General Manager in Training (GMIT) on all aspects of store operations, maintain appropriate staffing levels, create employee schedules, and handle customer disputes effectively.
