About The Position

As a Domino's Pizza General Manager, your leadership determines the success of an entire store operation. You will receive valuable training in the areas of leadership, coaching, Domino's Pizza Guiding Principles, personal responsibility, communication, and time management. You will build high-performance Teams by learning the essential skills of Team Members recruitment and interviewing. The Company will celebrate your successes with you and you will be eligible for company-sponsored rewards and recognition. General Manager's and District Managers are treated as owners and receive a percentage of the store's profits each month.

Requirements

  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Previous experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
  • Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
  • Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
  • Oversee staffing, paperwork, food management, and marketing.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and great customer service.
  • Work to a schedule and maintain a perfect image.
