The position is responsible for all results in assigned stores, ensuring that food, labor, and service goals are met. The role includes a monthly P&L review with a direct supervisor, maintaining a minimum 50-hour work week with one day off and one on-call day. The individual must ensure that all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza Standards, are properly staffed, and that team members are trained. Responsibilities also include maintaining repair and maintenance in all stores, implementing new products or ideas seamlessly, and ensuring all stores operate at a minimum 4-star level. Self OERs are to be performed in the first week of each period, with appropriate corrections made as needed. Evaluations and raises are to be completed as necessary, with timely submission of all reports and paperwork. Knowledge of all product and operational standards is essential, along with adherence to safety and security procedures. Store budgets must be maintained, and all school lunches prepared and delivered within required standards. Accurate accountability and a paper trail must be provided, with inventory checks performed monthly across each store. Systems checklists and visit books must be utilized and maintained.
