Requirements

• Ability to operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery to storage areas.
• Experience in preparing products and processing telephone orders.
• Ability to take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Skills in cleaning equipment and maintaining facility cleanliness on a daily basis.
• Strong communication skills to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a restaurant management role.
• Some college education related to restaurant management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operations during your shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set an example for the crew by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Oversee staffing, paperwork, food management, and marketing efforts.
• Ensure store cleanliness and maintain a perfect image according to company standards.
• Provide great customer service and ensure attendance and punctuality of staff.
• Handle transportation to/from work and manage profitability.
