Responsibilities
- Responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
- Cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
- Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
- Staffing, paperwork, food management, and work to a schedule.
- Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards.
- Provide great customer service and ensure attendance & punctuality.
- Ensure store cleanliness and manage marketing and profitability.
Requirements
- Ability to operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
