Requirements

• Experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a management role.
• Ability to operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery to storage and work areas.
• Skills in preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, and taking inventory.
• Ability to clean equipment and facilities regularly.

Nice To Haves

• Some college education related to restaurant management is preferred.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operations during your shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set an example for the crew by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, and work to a schedule.
• Ensure store cleanliness and maintain a perfect image adhering to standards.
• Provide great customer service and ensure attendance and punctuality.
• Manage marketing and profitability efforts.
