Requirements

• Experience in the restaurant industry and a desire to manage a restaurant.
• Ability to operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery to storage.
• Skills in preparing products, processing telephone orders, and taking inventory.
• Ability to clean equipment and facilities regularly.
• Strong communication skills to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a management role.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Motor coordination to make precise movements with speed.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operations during your shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set an example for the crew by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, and marketing.
• Ensure store cleanliness and maintain a perfect image according to standards.
• Provide great customer service and ensure attendance and punctuality.
• Manage transportation to/from work.
