Requirements

• Associate Degree in Business, Management or related field
• Knowledge of service administration principles in coordination of people & resources
• Ability to lead independently
• Effective communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Dominos Restaurant serving associated food items and beverages
• Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation, serving and cleaning methods
• Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, maintain food and equipment inventory, keep inventory records
• Handle customer questions and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service or other, count monies and make deposits
• Schedule staff hours, train and motivate a quality team
• Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new or existing staff
• Prepare employee review and performance reports
• Plan and coordinate sales and marketing promotions
