About The Position

As a General Manager of Domino’s, you are responsible for the franchise location as a whole. You will oversee day-to-day operations and productivity, build and maintain an enthusiastic staff in compliance with all Domino’s policies and standards, complete all administrative documentation necessary, monitor food and labor cost, and drive business growth. General Managers are held to the highest expectation of performance and professionalism as they are the leaders of their team. Requirements

• At least 1 year proven work experience as a General Manager in a restaurant atmosphere
• Ability to operate all equipment
• Ability to stock ingredients from delivery for daily use
• Ability to prepare product and receive/process customer orders
• Ability to complete inventory and associated paperwork
• Ability to maintain a clean restaurant facility
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and staff both in-person and by phone
• Ability to calculate basic math quickly and accurately
• Accuracy in money handling
• Rapid, accurate hand-eye coordination
• Basic computer knowledge for order entry and administrative duties as needed
