The position is similar to that of an Assistant Manager. The role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler, as well as preparing products. The individual will receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders, and is responsible for cleaning equipment and the facility continuously. Additionally, the role includes delivering products by car to the customer's door, ensuring food and product accuracy, and maintaining inventory accountability. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for labor accountability and employee productivity, cash handling and accuracy, coaching and training all employees in all areas, and maintaining a clean and professionally run store.
