The position is similar to that of an Assistant Manager. The role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler. The individual will prepare products, receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders, and continuously clean equipment and the facility. Additionally, the role includes delivering products by car to the customer's door and ensuring food and product accuracy as well as inventory accountability. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for labor accountability, employee productivity, cash handling, and accuracy. Coaching and training all employees in all areas is a key responsibility, along with maintaining a clean and professionally run store.
