The position is similar to that of an Assistant Manager. The role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler, as well as preparing products. The individual will receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders, clean equipment and the facility continuously, and deliver products by car to the customer's door. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for food and product accuracy, inventory accountability, labor accountability, and employee productivity. Additionally, the role includes cash handling and accuracy, coaching and training all employees in all areas, and maintaining a clean and professionally run store.
