Requirements

• General job duties for all store team members.
• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage.
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the restaurant industry.
• Some college education related to restaurant management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
• Cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Staffing, paperwork, food management, and work to a schedule.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perfect image adherence to standards.
• Provide great customer service and ensure attendance and punctuality.
• Handle transportation to/from work and marketing for profitability.
