About The Position

The position is similar to that of an Assistant Manager, with a variety of responsibilities that ensure the smooth operation of the store. The role involves managing equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and handling customer orders both over the phone and in person. Continuous cleaning of equipment and the facility is also a key part of the job, along with delivering products to customers. The Assistant Manager is accountable for food and product accuracy, inventory management, labor accountability, and employee productivity. Additionally, the role includes cash handling responsibilities and coaching and training employees in all areas of store operations. Maintaining a clean and professionally run store is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Operate all equipment
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
  • Prepare products
  • Receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders
  • Clean equipment and facility continuously
  • Deliver product by car and then to the door of the customer
  • Ensure food and product accuracy and inventory accountability
  • Manage labor accountability and employee productivity
  • Handle all cash transactions and ensure accuracy
  • Coach and train all employees in all areas
  • Maintain a clean and professionally run store
