The Assistant Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler. The role involves preparing products, receiving and processing telephone and walk-up customer orders, and continuously cleaning equipment and the facility. Additionally, the Assistant Manager is responsible for delivering products by car to the customer's door, ensuring food and product accuracy, and maintaining inventory accountability. The position also includes labor accountability and employee productivity management, cash handling and accuracy, coaching and training employees in all areas, and maintaining a clean and professionally run store.
