Additionally, the role involves delivering products by car to customers' doors and distributing flyers and door hangers. Navigational skills are essential for locating addresses within the designated delivery area, and the ability to navigate adverse terrain is necessary. Leadership skills are crucial, as the General Manager must lead by example and coach/train new employees.
