About The Position

The Regal Rexnord General Management Development Program is designed for MBA graduates seeking to accelerate their careers towards senior leadership roles. The program focuses on strategic career progression, aligning individual development needs with organizational demands, and offers exposure to customer product management, sales/marketing, strategy and M&A, continuous improvement, supply chain, and product operations.

• Influence the commercial excellence strategy to drive organizational growth.
• Manage material planning, inventory, and customer order fulfillment processes.
• Lead operations teams in manufacturing, customer service, and supply chain management.
