GM Asst Supervisor Responsibilities Position is to manage day-to-day sales administrative accountabilities to dedicated areas of expertise and provide leadership to Market Administrative Team. TECHNICAL SKILLS: Supports Market Staff & Administrative Team driving business results and Control & Compliance standards including direction to staff supporting Market Director Monitors, analyzes and communicates business performance results against planned Market targets Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal departments and acts as liaison to identify and remedy issues. Deliver timely and insightful analysis of monthly results to Market Staff. Provides strong oversight and analysis into key Financial Strategies and initiatives-ensure participation and compliance with initiatives Manage staff calendars, vacation schedules and backfill coverage Establish measurable PDR Objectives and Developmental Actions for Administrative Team Provides training and develops capability of Administrative Team. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
