About The Position
This position requires the ability to complete assigned work orders in a timely manner. Work orders will vary from repairs to preventative maintenance. Performs all assigned tasks in a professional manner to reflect the highest integrity of the Engineering Department. Experience in construction is a plus.
Requirements
- 2 year experience in general mechanical maintenance and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in construction is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Work orders will include carpentry, plumbing, basic electrician work, HVAC, painting, and safely handling power tools while adhering to strict hospital guidelines.
