General Maintenance
About The Position
Riverside Presbyterian House, a 14 story senior apartment community in the Riverside area is seeking a candidate to fill our Full time General Maintenance position. General Responsibilities: Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair, as directed, involving the following on a daily basis: Electrical and Plumbing A/C, Boiler and Heating Systems Performs all needed repairs to ensure that quality standards are met prior to resident occupancy Maintains on-call report and log of service calls Paint, Window treatments, appliances, lighting, toilet/vanity replacement, and other duties as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in carpentry/plumbing/electrical
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
