Apply today. Job Description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Has mechanical ability to perform repairs and Maintenance in the building trades under supervision. Keeps work area clean. Drives Elwyn New Jersey vehicles as required. Uses hand tools as directed. Uses power tools as directed. Makes repairs to building and facilities as directed. Keeps records as required. Works under direction of supervisor on facility repairs and other projects. Makes repairs and adjustments to building related machinery and equipment as directed. Performs related work as assigned. Adheres to all current policies and procedures of this facility. Must cooperate with Elwyn New Jersey staff and State of New Jersey Department of Human Services staff during an inspection or investigation. REQUIREMENTS One year experience in maintenance or building trades. Must hold valid driver's license. High school graduate/G.E.D. Ability to operate power tool machinery; ability to work as helper or laborer; ability to follow oral and written instructions; ability to use hand tools; ability to make minor repairs to building and building facilities.
