General Maintenance workers are responsible for inspecting and identifying equipment or machines in need of repair, troubleshooting electrical issues to determine necessary repairs, and performing general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. This includes tasks like repairing drywall, painting, fixing doors, and maintaining building systems. Workers will perform routine maintenance on equipment, patch minor holes in walls, repair or replace sinks and toilets, paint structures, and replace damaged flooring.
