Position Overview: We are hiring a full-time General Maintenance Worker for our Lockheed location. The ideal candidate has experience in general building maintenance , including basic repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. Requirements
- Experience in general building maintenance, including basic repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
- A valid driver’s license
- The ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Responsibilities
- Perform basic repairs on doors, windows, fixtures, and equipment
- Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks as directed
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager
