About The Position
Lou Sobh Automotive is looking for a general maintenance worker to provide quality workmanship in a prompt and efficient manner to the buildings and grounds, and to help keep the business running smoothly by having someone available to repair any issues that may arise unexpectedly.
Requirements
- Broad spectrum general knowledge in painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
Responsibilities
- Assist in the upkeep of the facility
- Perform general and preventative maintenance repairs to the facility
- Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs
- Inspect and identify repairs needed on machinery, appliances, and light equipment
- Perform light plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs that do not require a special license
- Perform other related duties as required
