About The Position

Complete Building Services (CBS) is dedicated to the operation and maintenance of commercial and government facilities. We are currently seeking a General Maintenance Worker (GMW) to join our team in support of a large government facility located in Arlington, VA. This position is for Monday - Friday 1st shift.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years general maintenance experience.
• Must be certified Libert or Stulz CRAC units to include DDC controls or obtain within 6 months.
• Experience in carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, painting, and mechanical buildings systems.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings.
• Responsible for all general maintenance, upkeep, and repair of all mechanical systems.
• Replace electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Place or remove systems and equipment as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
