Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• General Maintenance and cleaning experience a plus.
• Valid Driving license preferred.
• No more than one moving violation in the past 12 months.
• Vehicle may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties at all sites as determined by supervisor.
• Support maintenance staff with any basic repairs at identified Bridgeway sites.
• Maintenance duties to include light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and sheetrock/spackle repairs.
• Cleaning duties to include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing, stripping and waxing floors and steam clean carpets.
• Cover other team members as needed for coverage.
