Under minimal supervision, performs routine work in the repair and general maintenance of facilities, buildings and equipment. Troubleshoots and addresses basic repairs and maintenance including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry and painting tasks. Performs work according to standard procedure. Handles complex issues. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. May act as a lead or first-level supervisor.
