We are a busy residential leasing company seeking a skilled professional to handle general maintenance tasks at our apartment community in Grandview, Missouri. The right candidate will have experience in a wide range of maintenance and repair duties and a commitment to quality and efficiency. Applicants must provide and maintain their own tools and demonstrate relevant experience in the field.

Requirements

• HVAC Certification is required.
• 2 or more years of hands on maintenance experience.
• Proven experience in construction or general maintenance is required.
• Proficiency in key skills such as painting, drywall installation and repair, and appliance installation.
• Strong ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Reliable transportation, personal tools, and a functioning cell phone with active service are essential.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks is preferred.
