About The Position

Currently, we have a full-time opportunity for a General Maintenance Technician to work in our healthcare buildings. This position is responsible for all preventative, general, and emergency maintenance activities in healthcare areas. Some duties include answering service and maintenance calls promptly, troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, mechanical, cooling/heating, fire safety and e-call system problems and/or emergencies and resolving them quickly and effectively. Will also maintain prompt communication with the call center staff throughout the shift. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of maintenance and mechanical experience including experience in troubleshooting and resolving problems with various mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire safety and e-call systems issues, work well independently with limited supervision, and have the ability to appropriately manage emergency situations with limited off-site staff support. This position will work Tuesday-Saturday 7:30am-4:00pm.

Requirements

3+ years of maintenance and mechanical experience
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving problems with various mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire safety and e-call systems issues
Ability to work well independently with limited supervision
Ability to appropriately manage emergency situations with limited off-site staff support
