About Us - Maintenance Offers variety of work ranging from carpentry, painting, finishing, minor plumbing and electric. Consistent, guaranteed hours. Schedule 40 hours per week; 10 hour shifts, 9:30 PM - 7:30 AM with flexibility to cover other shifts as needed. What You'll Do Performs general maintenance work at Neosho and surrounding facilities. Maintains and repairs all equipment and building systems. When unable to make necessary repairs, ensures that the work is referred to other qualified individuals or management. On all shifts, promotes security by making rounds of facilities and parking areas, continuously being observant to surroundings and intervening as necessary. Documents all actions. Enforces parking and traffic rules on Freeman Neosho properties. Performs ground keeping work and works independently. Requirements

Clean driving record
Current driver's license
VoTech certificate or equivalent work experience in building equipment / systems maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

Performs general maintenance work at Neosho and surrounding facilities.
Maintains and repairs all equipment and building systems.
Ensures that the work is referred to other qualified individuals or management when unable to make necessary repairs.
