Requirements

At least 5 years of experience
Own a standard set of tools to perform all of their skills/trades
Take pride in their work and deliver consistent results
Able to communicate in a courteous and professional manner with customers and co-workers
Ability to scope and estimate small projects
Must have their own vehicle to travel between different office locations within the Hampton Roads area
Drywall and painting repairs
Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
Small lighting installations
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
General upkeep/maintenance of office sites
