About The Position

As a General Maintenance Technician, you will be a member of our data center operations team, responsible for ensuring the reliability, and optimal performance of our data center infrastructure. Your role involves technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance the integrity of our general facility systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• Must pass a motor vehicle check
• Must have own reliable transportation to get to and from the designated work site location

Nice To Haves

• Experience in construction or repairs preferred
• Forklift License preferred

Responsibilities

• General data center duties as assigned
• Understand operations and infrastructure of the site
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on facility equipment, machinery and related facilities.
• Operate a variety of maintenance equipment (Forklift, Scissor lift, Telehandler, Genie) in a safe and effective manner.
• Execute facility upkeep including equipment upgrades, conducting routine inspections, and handling maintenance paperwork.
• Intake deliveries and prepare shipments
• Facility cleaning and maintenance
• Basic HVAC preventative maintenance.
• General electrical safety
• And other duties as assigned
