About The Position

Schedule – Full time, 40 hours per week What You'll Do Performs general maintenance duties to assigned facility of facilities at an expert level. Maintains and repairs all equipment and building systems. When unable to make necessary repairs, ensures that the work is referred to other qualified individuals or management. Works independently.

Requirements

• Clean driving record.
• Current driver's license.
• Vo Tech certificate or equivalent work experience in building equipment/systems maintenance or related field.

Nice To Haves

• Current back flow preventer certification.
