The General Maintenance position is crucial for the effective operation and maintenance of facilities within the RV park. This role encompasses a variety of tasks including electrical, plumbing, and ground maintenance, ensuring that all systems are functioning properly and that the park is well-kept for guests.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
• Experience with logic controllers is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Leadership abilities and managing projects effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment within the facility.
