About The Position

The General Maintenance Mechanic will perform general maintenance as directed and as necessary on all aspects of building structure and systems to include floors, walls, ceilings, lighting HVAC, transportation systems, mechanical electrical, plumbing and other items.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record (Required)
• Minimum of one (1) year of facility maintenance or skilled trades experience (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Refrigerant Recovery certification (Type I, Type II or Universal) (Preferred, not required)
• Experience in drywall, painting, or other trades is a plus (Preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance on building structure and systems
• Maintain floors, walls, ceilings, and lighting
• Service HVAC, transportation systems, and mechanical equipment
• Handle electrical and plumbing tasks
