In this role, you will coordinate a variety of repair and maintenance duties with intermediate proficiency in one or more trades. Requirements
- Three years of recent maintenance experience required.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform required job duties required.
- Valid Pennsylvania (or another US State) Drivers' License required.
- High School Diploma / GED preferred.

- Healthcare maintenance experience a plus.
