You will coordinate a variety of repair and maintenance duties with advanced proficiency and a skilled focus on a specific area or need as well as respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner. Requirements
- 5+ years of recent Maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English sufficiently to perform required job duties.
- Valid Driver's License in the United States with current insurance required.
- Specialty certification or license may be required based on assignment.
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare Maintenance experience a plus.
