We are seeking a skilled and dependable General Maintenance Lead to join our team.

Requirements

Must have a minimum of 5 years of recent experience as a General Maintenance Worker
High School diploma/GED preferred
Must be a US Citizen
Must have a current U.S. Passport or Real ID
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle
Must be able to lift 30 lbs. unassisted
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical

Responsibilities

Perform repair and maintenance of facilities and equipment requiring practical skill and working knowledge in multiple trades including painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work
Serve as a working lead by providing technical guidance and task coordination to maintenance personnel without exercising supervisory authority
Assist with daily work planning and task prioritization as directed by supervision
Perform minor electrical repairs including replacement of receptacles, wiring, bulbs, ballasts, switches, fixtures, and motors
Patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings using plaster, compound, or similar materials
Repair or replace sinks, water coolers, toilets, and related plumbing fixtures
Paint buildings, structures, and equipment as required
Repair or replace concrete floors, steps, sidewalks, damaged paneling, and floor tiles
Hang doors and install or repair door hardware and locking mechanisms
Perform preventive maintenance on exhaust fans, emergency lighting, HVAC-related equipment, pumps, water coolers, and facility operating equipment
Conduct general maintenance on facility infrastructure and equipment to support safe and reliable operations
Crawl under structures and work on rooftops or elevated areas as required to complete repairs
Review completed work for quality and completeness prior to turnover to supervision or quality staff
Assist with documentation of completed maintenance activities including work orders and preventive maintenance records
Support training and mentoring of new or less-experienced maintenance personnel through hands-on guidance
Identify maintenance deficiencies, safety concerns, or material needs and report them to supervision
Perform other related maintenance duties as assigned
