As General Maintenance you are responsible for maintaining the physical functionality of facility including guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areas in accordance with established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.

Responsibilities

• Answering room/radio calls
• Performing preventative maintenance in guestrooms
• Performing a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting, HVAC and masonry.
• Inspecting guestrooms, public space and heart-of-the-house for needed and preventive maintenance.
• Recording and reporting completed repairs and items that need further attention or that require placing a room 'out of order.'
