About The Position

The Hotel Maintenance Engineer will be responsible primarily for general maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance in/on: Guest rooms Meeting space Front of house areas Back of house areas (kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems) Major equipment & systems using a Windows based computer system

Requirements

Building maintenance experience required
Communication
Experience with Windows computer systems
Able to push/pull/lift 50lbs
Open availability to include weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

Locksmith skills
Ability to read blueprints & schematics preferred
Basic trouble shooting
Experience in Industrial, Electrical, and Building maintenance, HVAC, Chillers, and Pumps
Hotel experience preferred
