Position Summary The General Maintenance/Changeover worker will assist in coordination and execution of event setup/break down activities, landscaping, maintenance, and operations for the facility, ball fields, and grounds.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand, walk, and provide physical exertion for an entire shift
Ability to lift and move 50 lbs
Ability to work outdoors in all weather elements
Self-motivated and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work a varied schedule of days, nights, weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in building maintenance/landscaping preferred
Possession of a valid Driver’s License preferred

Responsibilities

Provides event set up and break down services, general maintenance, and landscaping activities involved in the operations of all venue and exhibition & convention and exterior spaces
Provide leadership and knowledge for temporary workers when applicable
Deliver, execute, and follow up on assignments provided by supervisors/managers in a timely manner
Ensure staff is working safely and are aware of proper safety guidelines
Maintain a clean and safe work space
