About The Position

Oversees, maintains, and repairs building support systems in a complex, warehouse environment. Also, performs maintenance related functions in support of warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in general building repair tasks to include drywall, paint, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on building support systems.
• Completes equipment status reports and manages work orders in computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Performs maintenance related functions in support of warehouse operations such as Material Handling Equipment (MHE) battery service, 5S management, HAZMAT processing.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment, and performing daily cleanup of work areas.
