About The Position

General Maintenance and Grounds Keeping Full time position at our beautiful resort! Job Summary: Responsible for performing daily maintenance of resort property which may include: buildings, grounds maintenance, plumbing repairs, minor electrical repairs, general repairs, and pool maintenance Follow written/ verbal directions of resort manager Provide guests/members and staff with excellent customer service Part Time position with 24 to 25 hours a week Weekend and Holiday shifts required Essential Functions: Performs general preventative maintenance of buildings and grounds Knowledgeable of electrical processes and basic plumbing Daily grounds upkeep to include mowing, weed whacking, landscaping and general repairs Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods at a time While preforming duties you will be required to stand, walk, climb, balance, bend, crawl, squat and perform work in a safe manner Other duties assigned per manager on duty This position has no supervisory responsibilities

Requirements

• Working knowledge of general maintenance procedures in both a team and individual work environment
• Safety conscious
• Excellent customer service
• Good time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years maintenance experience required
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities
