General Liability Pre-Suit Enablement Manager Summary We are seeking an Enablement Manager to support operations within our General Liability Presuit Department by ensuring cases move efficiently through the pre-suit lifecycle. This role partners closely with Case Managers and Operations Leaders to enforce operational workflows, monitor case progression, and resolve issues that delay case advancement. The Enablement Manager operates within a high-volume, process-driven environment and is responsible for driving operational consistency, visibility, and outcomes across pre-suit case operations. This role is on-site, which gives you the chance to be fully immersed in the work and gain direct experience alongside the team. We’ve found that being in the office helps new team members get up to speed quickly and feel more connected.
